RK Speed Team meeting with the Nutritionist

RK Speed Team have engaged the nutritionist & diet expert Sh. Hemant Rathee from Nutrament Healthcare to consult with the parents and the skater for proper nutrition value and diet for the skaters.

Sh. Hemant told the parents about the precautions that are required while feeding the skaters and safeguard from improper nutrition value. Skater enjoyed his company and asked various questions about their concerns about health and stamina.
